i just completed my registration for web ascent 2007. a special thanks to kristen nicole for all her help.

The web 2.0 technology community is experiencing a lot of growth in Chicago, and we would like to not only recognize this community, but help bridge the gap between Chicago and Silicon Valley and other traditional tech dominated locales, where there is a wealth of knowledge and resources for all things technology-related. We will have 5-8 start-ups from around the world here to demo at the event ,and there will be plenty of time for networking!

the event starts on june 20th at 7pm and will go on until 2:00 am the next morning, at Union Park, 228 S. Racine (West Loop), Chicago, il.

an evening and a day of community, strategy, and information about the art, technology, and science of relationship blogging for 250 experienced bloggers.

purpose
we will demonstrate to 250 bloggers how to take their existing blogs to the next level through interactive presentations on publishing, design and branding, tools, analytics, social networking, marketing, and coaching, from the perspectives of the blogger and the audience.

the event takes place on friday and saturday may 11-12 at the Chicago O’Hare Sofitel. there are only 250 spots available so register now!
